  • Aloo Paratha which is a most loved breakfast dish for Indians. Though it also has a universal appeal. We at Taj Indian sweets and restaurant, Australia serve Tasty Aloo Paratha in Harris Park that is typically a bread dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. This breakfast menu dish is one of most popular throughout western, central and northern regions of India.

  • Gobi paratha (cauliflower paratha), a paratha having delicious stuffing of gobhi (cauliflower) which is a popular breakfast food in North India and especially in Punjab. Gobi Paratha is enjoyed with yogurt, pickle and many times followed by tea. One of my favourite ways of eating Gobi Paratha is with freshly prepared Green Coriander Chutney, which goes along very well with these Paranthas and is digestive too.

  • Paneer Kulcha is an easy Indian food recipe that is traditionally prepared in a tandoor. Grated paneer and spices are stuffed in a dough made. We serve Paneer kulcha in Harris Park with spicy Punjabi chole masala. Though, it can also be relished with vegetable kolhapuri, pickle, curd, papad and green chutney as healthy and stomach filling lunch or brunch. It as an alternative of stuffed aloo paratha also.
