Navratri Thali is best related to Navratri. Navratri which is also known as Navratras are the auspicious nine days of the year when people from India, mostly from the northern India indulge in spiritual fasting and prayers in order to seek blessings from Goddess Durga. Fasting during Navratras is not just like regular fasting. One must take care of the dos and dont’s during the time of fasting. It is mainly the food items, especially the ingredients from which they are made from and how they are made, is what matters to be a qualified Navratra Food.
